Ushers & Greeters

Come just the Usher & Greeter Ministry

Open to adults and mature teens

The Usher & Greeter Ministry is often the first point of welcome for those who enter our parish. By offering a warm smile, a friendly greeting, and a helping hand, ushers and greeters help create an atmosphere where everyone feels welcomed into the house of God.

Greeters welcome parishioners and visitors as they arrive for Mass, answer questions, assist newcomers, and help people feel at home in our parish family. Their ministry reflects Christ’s love through hospitality and kindness.

Ushers assist with seating when needed, help with the offertory collection, present the gifts at Mass, distribute bulletins, and provide assistance during emergencies or special liturgical celebrations. Their attentive service helps ensure that the liturgy is celebrated with reverence, order, and hospitality.

This ministry is about much more than opening doors or taking up the collection. It is a ministry of presence—being the welcoming face of Christ and helping others encounter His love from the moment they enter the church.

If you enjoy meeting people, have a heart for hospitality, and would like to serve your parish in a meaningful way, we invite you to prayerfully consider joining the Usher & Greeter Ministry.
