Pastoral Care

Walking Together as Disciples of Jesus Christ

You Are Not Alone.

As disciples of Jesus Christ, we are called to care for one another, to share each other’s burdens, and to walk together in faith. Life brings moments of great joy and celebration, but it also brings challenges, grief, illness, uncertainty, and spiritual struggles.

During these times, the Church seeks to be a visible sign of Christ’s love and compassion.

Pastoral Care is the ministry of accompanying people through life’s journeys and helping them experience God’s presence, healing, and peace. Whether you are facing a difficult situation, seeking spiritual guidance, grieving the loss of a loved one, experiencing illness, or simply looking for someone to pray with you, our parish is here to support you.

Jesus calls us to love one another as He has loved us. Pastoral Care is one way we live out that call. Through prayer, presence, compassion, and accompaniment, we seek to help one another grow as disciples and experience the hope and healing found in Christ.

What Pastoral Care May Include

  • Spiritual guidance and support
  • Prayer for individuals and families
  • Hospital, nursing home, and homebound visitation
  • Bringing Holy Communion to those unable to attend Mass
  • Support during times of illness or recovery

No matter where you are on your faith journey, our parish community desires to walk with you. You do not have to face life’s challenges alone.
